Terms of Service
The terms you accept when you create a ForWholesaler buyer account and transact on the platform.
Who these terms cover
These terms apply to businesses using a ForWholesaler buyer account. Sellers accept a separate supplier agreement through the seller portal. By creating an account you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on behalf of your business.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details and for everything done under your account, including actions by team members you invite. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been misused.
How orders are formed
There is no retail cart. You raise a request for quotation, sellers respond with pricing against your quantity and delivery terms, and a binding order is formed only when you accept a quote. Prices, minimum order quantities and lead times are set by the seller and are valid for the period stated on the quote.
Payment and escrow
Payment for an escrow-backed order is held rather than passed straight to the seller, and is released after the delivery inspection window closes. Taxes are charged as applicable and GST-compliant invoices are issued against your registered business details.
Returns and disputes
Return requests must be raised within the inspection window shown on the order. If a dispute cannot be settled with the seller directly, raise it from the order and our team will review the order record alongside both parties.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to misrepresent your business, infringe someone else's rights, scrape the catalogue, or interfere with the service. We may suspend an account that does.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the platform changes and will reflect material changes here. Questions about them go through Contact Us. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
This is a plain-language summary pending review by your legal counsel — replace it with the final contract copy before launch.
